General Terms and Conditions

Policies

Check in time is 15:00.

We do make every effort whenever possible to have your room prepared for you at your arrival so don’t forget to inform us of your arrival time. If your room is not ready when you arrive, you are welcome to store your luggage with us , free of charge.

Check out time is before at 11:00 morning .
Similar to check in procedure, you are welcomed to store your luggage free of charge.

Smoking is not allowed in all rooms and indoor facilities.

No parties or events are allowed

Breakfast in not included and there is no option for breakfast in our facillities.

Pets: Pets are not allowed in all rooms.

Local tax 0.50€ per night will be charged for every room and is not included in the agreed room price. By Greek law it is added to the room price and paid by the guests at check out.

Reservations
In order for a reservation to be complete, an amount of no less than 30% of the total sum must be paid in advance. The exact amount and full instructions on how to complete the payment are given after reservation. Payments can be made by bank transfer .

We do reserve the right to request payment of 100% of the total prior or upon arrival.

Room cleaning:
Rooms are cleaned and sterilized before your arrival and after you leave. We don’t have daily cleaning. Cleaning your room during your stay , is possible only with extra charge and upon request when you do the booking. 

Bedsheets & Towels policy

Upon arrival there are clean & sterile bedsheets for 2 people, pillowcases, 2 towels per person and a bathroom mat…all sterilized!
For reservations over 7 days, on the 6th day we give you
2 extra towels / person & a bathroom mat for free.

In case you want more than what is available during your stay, there is an extra charge depending on the number
and type you want and you should inform us one day before.
Based on the cleaning rules, we are not allowed access to the room for cleaning while you are staying there. 
Extra charges are mentioned in the room guide inside the rooms and you can also ask us to send them to you via email before your arrival.

 

Cancellation & Date Change Policy

For cancellations 45 days or more prior to arrival date , 100% of advance payments will be refunded. For cancellations 45 days or less before the date of arrival, advance payments will not be refunded. After the reserved arrival date all the days that have been reserved by the guest will be charged, irrespective of delayed arrival or earlier departure dates, than the ones he reserved. In case the guest does not arrive on the reserved arrival date and has not informed or changed his reservation, the reserved room will be released for other client on the date that the agreed rent for the room is not paid.

Payment Terms & Cancellation policy

You may pay for your stay with your arrival with all available methods, such as cash, credit card, ebanking, money transfer or any other method to be accepted by us in the future. Our payment policy is the following:

• Flexible rates: 30% payment in advance with the reservation, 20% more payment in advance 45 days before your arrival , and the other 50% remaining amount you pay them in our rooms with your arrival. 

• Non Refundable Rates : 100% payment in advance with the reservation

we reserve the right not to allow you to enter the room if you haven’t  pay all the amount before or upon arrival. 

Our cancelation policy is the following:

• For Flexible Rates, cancellation policies may vary, depending on our policy and the dates of your reservation. (usually For cancellations 45 days or more prior to arrival date , 100% of advance payments will be refunded. For cancellations 45 days or less before the date of arrival, advance payments will not be refunded.)

• For Non Refundable Rates, no free cancellation is allowed for these rates. If the booking is cancelled or modified or in case of non-show of the Customer and his or her Guests, an amount equal to the 100% of the booking rates will be charged as cancellation fees.

 

In case you want to change your booking or your arrival and departure dates (check in & check out), you must send your request to us. We are not obliged to accept such request and this will depend on our  availability, the dates you initially booked and other factors. In addition, this may entail extra charges, which will be communicated to you. In case we accept your request and you approve any additional charges that may apply, you will receive an updated Booking Confirmation. Only an updated Booking Confirmation shall be considered as valid approval of a change of booking or a change in arrival and departure dates on behalf.

The Customer is obliged to pay the Overnight Stay Tax (0.5€) that is imposed by the Greek Government. The Overnight Stay Tax will be payable by guests when checking in. Payment can be made by cash or credit card.

Customer Personal Data

Customer is responsible to provide his personal data, as requested during the booking process, which shall be true and accurate and as imprinted in the Customer’s identification card or passport. In addition, Customer is obliged to keep his contact details updated, as necessary, in order to be able to provide our services and execute this Agreement. We will not have any liability to make notifications to the Customer relating to this Agreement, if the Customer’s contact details are false, misleading or outdated and the Customer is not possible to be reached, in which case it is hereby agreed by the Customer that he or she waives his or her right for notifications. It is not possible to book a specific room in the guesthouse, except if this is explicitly stipulated in the Booking Confirmation. The Customer is able to book a specific type of room from a list of the names of rooms found in our official website.

 

Lost Items, Valuables & Property

In case you lose any items, valuables or property during your stay in our rooms, you should immediately inform us. For our Guests convenience we keep all lost items, valuables or property found for a period  after the date our personnel found them. In case of any return of lost items, valuables and property to you, the postage or courier costs will be born by you.

Damages To Hotel Property

Our Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the  room or any furniture and equipment therein as well as our establishment due to any act or omission attributable to them or their invitees. In such case, the Customer shall be jointly liable with his or her Guests and invitees. If such damage is detected after the Guests have departed, our guesthouse reserves the right to make a charge to the Customer’s credit or debit card, in which case, we  reserve the right to charge the Customer with the cost of replacing any items that were damaged or removed without consent from us by the Customer, his or her Guests or invitees. The charge will be the full replacement amount of the missing or damaged item, furniture or equipment.

Covid-19 Information

The health and wellbeing of our team and guests are always our first priority! Therefore, we have implemented additional measures that meet the HEALTH FIRST protocols, to ensure the safety of everyone on a daily basis.
Our cleaning protocol is very strict and you should feel more than safe in our rooms.

Last but not least..
important information about the doors in our rooms:
be carefull not to LOCK yourself outside the house.
The door opens with key only from outside as most of the doors.
It has no door handle outside.
So be carefull not to close the door by accident with the key behind the door , because in that case neither our second key could open and we will have to call an expert to open the door and guests should pay all the costs.
